What's Busbar Lifting Frame Structural Principle?

2021-12-15 16:27:44

The busbar lifting frame is a special equipment for the production of pre-painted aluminum electrolysis. It is mainly composed of frame, leg, top cylinder, fixture cylinder, fixture, fixture jaw head, ground support, gas control and other parts.

Technical performance:
Adjoining: Machine 54T, single fixture 1135T;

Number of holders holding anodes: 40 groups;

Adjacent guide bar horizontal spacing: 700mm;

Clamping guide section: 130 @ 130 ㎡;

Working pressure: ≥0165Mpa;

Insulation value: ≥2M8;

working principle:
By the aluminum electrolytic multi-purpose crane to lift the busbar frame to the top of the electrolyzer, through the quick connector connected to the compressed air. Through the manual control of the control box, first connected to the fixture cylinder gas source, the cylinder open, jaw jaw head loose, the legs aligned busbar frame mechanism of the guide device, slowly down until the steady, then disconnect the cylinder gas , So that the jaws of the jaw head spring force to tighten the aluminum guide to prevent the decline, then turn on the top cylinder gas source, the cylinder open, the fixture swing inward, so that the anode guide rod allowance anode beam bus. At this point the staff to release the small box fixture, through the slot control machine to enhance the bus operation; bus upgrade is completed, tighten all the small box fixture, disconnect the top cylinder gas source, fixture reset; in the clamping fixture cylinder gas source, The head is loosened, and the hoisting of the bus from the busbar leaves the upper part of the tank and the operation of the single slot bus is completed.
