Our Process

Chilling Solvent -> Solvent Extraction -> Centrifugal Filtration -> Falling Film Concentration -> Sphere Concentration -> CBD Oil Product.

First step

Solvent extraction is a kind of material addition (solvent) separation process, so the key is to choose a suitable solvent. Follow a simple rule: "the similarity is easy to dissolve in the similarity".

Second step

Centrifugal filtration is professional designed for the solid liquid separation.Centrifugal filtration takes centrifugal force as a driving force, adding suspension into the perforated drum with filtering medium, solid particles trapped on filter media, liquid flowing through the cake layer and outflowing, and finally completes filtration operation separated from filtrate and filter cake.
