The price of 1-series aluminum coils is relatively cheap, and its application range is naturally wider, such as ordinary building waterproofing, thermal insulation and anti-rust projects of municipal pipelines, 1-series aluminum coils can be competent. However, the 1-series aluminum coil is not resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, and it is helpless for the insulation of equipment and pipelines in power plants and chemical plants.

The difference between 3 series thermal insulation aluminum coil and ordinary aluminum coil:

The price of the 3-series aluminum coil is slightly higher than that of the 1-series aluminum coil, and it is a thermal insulation aluminum coil with mature technology. The strength of the 3-series aluminum coil is slightly higher than that of the 1-series aluminum coil, and it has better acid and alkali corrosion resistance. It is mostly used for heat preservation of refrigeration equipment, storage tanks, pressure vessels, pipes, and heat sinks.

The difference between 5 series thermal insulation aluminum coil and ordinary aluminum coil:

The price of the 5 series aluminum coil is higher, and its performance is also higher among the three. Series 5 aluminum coils have high strength, good plasticity and corrosion resistance, good fatigue relief, and can be welded. They are considered to be more promising thermal insulation aluminum coils. Series 5 aluminum coils are used in occasions that have strict requirements on the performance of aluminum coils, such as height, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance, etc., and are widely used in nuclear power, aviation, and aerospace fields.
